The new 30,250 square feet factory will produce their iBASE embedded computing IPC boards and iGUARD security surveillance series of DVRs and VPNs. Featuring the latest in equipment, it houses a System Dynamic Burn-in Line, an SMT Line (Pick and Place Machine), a Hot Air Reflow System, a System Assembly Line, and AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection). With such an array of high tech machinery, iBASE production should not only see an increase in quality, but in production capacity as well, expecting PCBAs to jump up to 20K per month and the System Assembly Line to show an increase of 5K~10K per month. Plus, in tune with their ongoing commitment to protecting the environment, all production processes are using lead-free ready equipment.
